SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping times takes 3 to 10 days and depends on the availability of the product and, Destination.Please note there is no shipping saturday and sunday. Delivery charges are based on the weight,size and destination of the items you order. Please take note there can be overcharge for areas distant.
Couriers usually deliver between 8am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home when we deliver your package, we will leave you a delivery notification card. Please see delivery notification information for additional details and pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification with you when you pick up your order.
HOCKEY FORCE is not liable for loss, damage or delay to any goods carried pursuant to the Bill of Lading.
RETURN POLICY
How do I exchange or return a defective product I bought online?
We would be pleased to repair,exchange or give you a refund in-store on most items you buy online, up to 10 days for refund or 30 days for exchange.
Any and All Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Please note that you need to present your packing slip, along with the credit card you used to make your purchase, when you make your exchange or return. If you would like to return an item by mail, please contact by phone or email to request an RMA number and obtain return instructions. Please note that an RMA number is necessary in order for us to exchange your product or give you a refund. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
If your order is not available. HOCKEY FORCE will recommend another model or a refund.
Warranties

-There are NO Warranties on Sticks.
-There are NO Warranties on Custom Paint Jobs.
Costs related to exporting outside of Canada
For any products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all costs of customs brokerage and any other costs related to exporting outside of Canada.
